Chevrolet Lands Seven Best Buy Awards!!

Wow! Consumers Digest recently released their Best Buy Award winners for 2010 and Chevrolet had seven, count 'em, seven models on the list!! This was more than just about every manufacturer. The vehicles were the Camaro, Corvette, Malibu, Equinox, Silverado 1500, Tahoe and Traverse.

By comparison, Toyota, Honda and Dodge/Chrysler all had just three models each. The awards highlight a trend from Chevrolet of design excellence and quality assurance that is paying huge dividends in today's market.

H&H Announces Acquisition of Kia Store

H&H announced in mid-January the acquisition of Kia of Omaha located at 84^th & F Street here in Omaha. Prior to the acquisition, the store was successfully owned and operated by Rod Rhoden for many years. The store will be renamed H&H Kia.

Kia of Omaha was the largest Kia store in Nebraska based on volume. Steve Hinchcliff, President and CEO of H&H says the new dealership management will maintain the same level of satisfaction current Kia of Omaha customers have come to expect.

Punxsutawney Who??

All the publicity over Punxsutawney Phil each February is viewed with a little skepticism here at H&H Chevrolet. You see we have our own celebrity groundhog we call H&H Howie. Named after Chevrolet spokesperson, Howie Long, our celeb would never dream of getting up and checking whether the sun's out on a cold February day. He lives on the hill east of the main building and he's doing his normal hibernation thing when Phil is cavorting around on Groundhog's Day.

You can thank Numa Pompilius for February. Who the heck is he you ask? Even though he may sound like a soccer goalie, he was the second king of Rome and he's the guy who added February to the calendar, somewhere around 700 B.C. Our second month is kind of interesting.
